The kids had a lot of fun trick or treating -- Taylor was SOOO into it and would go up to each house, often walking IN the houses in her attempt to get candy - she just LOVED it and wanted to do it on her own

It was fun to have Uncle Keith her to trick or treat with - he surprised the kids and put on dad's 'weiner' costume

Happy Halloween!

Mommy made 'mummy dogs' for the kids for dinner -- they LOVED them! Might have to do this every year

Pumpkin Carving

We were so excited Uncle Keith could be in town for Pumpkin Carving! We did our annual BUNCO letters - Kaitlynn did a creative face and Keith (with a small amount of help from Cole) a Twins logo. Taylor was so into the whole process and loved grabbing out all the guts and just banging on the pumpkins.

Too precious for words

Cole had his Halloween party at preschool - we stopped in for it and Taylor walks over to her brother and just grabs him and starts blabbing about something really important.....Cole has a shy little cute smile

Bailey Boy

It has been a rough few days for the BIG GUY - after a few days of an intermittent bloody paw (and countless carpet cleaning attempts to remove major blood for several carpeted rooms - never happened on the hardwoods of course), Bryce took him to the vet and they scheduled surgery for the next day to remove his tumor. he is recovering great, but the dang cone is annoying to him and our walls - paint chips can be found all around as he can't see worth a dang and runs into the walls...Taylor gets the biggest kick out of it and will just stand and watch and laugh - or while he is lying down walk up to him and put her hand in the cone and play with his face (surely he loves that). Hopefully he will be all better soon - vet sees him again on Wednesday.

Fall Fun

We had a lot of fun at the Alberta Rider Fall Family Night at Baggenstos Farm. What gorgeous evening weather for running through haystacks, drinking hot cider, picking out pumpkins and trying to find our way through a HUGE cornmaze (luckily someone handed us a map early on our we might still be lost inside).

More Pumpkin Patch

Cole loves to help Addie -

Mommy was pulling this very heavy wagon up the hill and so the kids were trying to help PUSH it along
Getting a photo of the kids was impossible - I really wanted one with all 5, but I couldn't even manage to get the 3 of ours to look at us and SMILE - by this point they were GRUMPS from a full weekend of activities including a sleepover at Marin's for Kaitlynn which had her going to bed at midnight --

Taylor the cutest pumpkin in the patch! She is 16 months old today - WOW!!!! Growing up so fast...she spotted the camera and turned for a quick 'cheese' post - taking a break from scrubbing the pumpkins.

A beautiful fall day

Kaitlynn found her "K" pumpkin - good things the kids all have a different first initial - no confusion!
Cole was using his 'muscles' to help Taylor with her "T" pumpkin - check out the batting glove and boots - quite the ensembe he has with his 'church' shirt.
Taylor is pointing out a pumpkin she just found - her hair is ALL in her face as she refused to keep her cute clip in much to her mother's dismay

Two of my pumpkins

We had a fun field trip to the Pumpkin Patch today - what a GORGEOUS day for it! The only bummer of the whole thing - my camera broke! A true tragedy...yes, it was being held together by a rubber band and YES it did have two weird splotches on the screen, but the pictures still turned out great - and now - oh now - I was not planning on having to research this piece of technology quite yet....so not many pics of the day, but the kids had fun - got to taste to freshly pressed cider, eat fresh cider donuts, meet calves that were just 4 days old (and stunk) and go on a hayride.

I think this pic is just priceless - Taylor the Terrorizer so calm and chill with her pumpkin...
With Kaitlynn in school most of the day, Cole and Taylor are getting to be quite the little buddies....that is unless Cole is not in the mood to have Taylor in his 'space' whether that be the racetrack for his cars or the 'ice' for his hockey games....
