Boxes boxes everywhere.....life has been a little chaotic the past 6 days, but all for good reason, we are moving! Last Thursday we went a saw a house we loved, went back on Friday and it just felt like 'home' so we made an offer, they accepted the next morning and our lives moved into double-Starbucks days as we had just a few days to get our house ready to sell. With the help of a POD we have unloaded lots our house (we managed to get the kids out of the boxes just before it left so they will make the trip to MN with us)...many long days of packing, cleaning, painting, etc. etc. and I must say our house is looking pretty schnazzy (heck I would buy it)! All of us our thrilled that our new house (in Tigard, OR - about 7 miles from our current house) will have a nice spacious yard (by Oregon standards) for the kids to run (Bailey too).Kaitlynn loves her new purple room (tho has Requested the current occupant take her lizard with her) and it has a huge bonus/craft/playroom upstairs that we will probably spend much of our time in. The kids and I take off to MN Friday morning and hope that our current house gets lots of traffic while we are gone (it will be the easiest time to keep it clean)!!!! We return to OR Sept. 15th and are scheduled to close on the 18th - needless to say, we are looking forward to a few relaxing and fun-filled weeks in MN!
